Trail Running Programs

Trail running programs are for the runners who are after some extra guidance and structure with their running with the aim of improving their performance in trail events. It could be for a first trail run or an established trail running looking to level up.

These programs are tailored to individual goals and are specifically written by the coach following a chat over the phone.

These programs are generally written by coach Nathan who is an experienced trail runner having competed for Australia.

Run Rabbit runners have the option of getting regular coach check ins to keep you on track.

Programs can be written for a minimum of 6 weeks +
The cost is $15 per week.
